The 2 1/4 inch touch screen is ample for most activities. Powered by four AA batteries or a rechargeable battery pack, the Leapster Learning System fits easily into a backpack or tote bag. It makes an excellent choice for mobile entertainment. The various learning programs incorporate TV personalities, such as SpongeBob Square Pants, Dora the Explorer; movie stars, such as Nemo and Batman, and Leapfrog’s own star, Tad. Parents can pick and choose from an extensive library of titles. This gives parental control over what content a child is exposed to.
